The Problem

Spiritleaf was expanding fast with over 150 retail stores opening across Canada. But growing in a regulated industry brings real pressure. Cannabis marketing comes with strict legal boundaries, evolving compliance rules, and zero margin for error. They needed a content partner who could keep pace with the expansion while delivering high-quality, on-brand creative that met every legal standard.

2C Media stepped in as Spiritleaf’s internal production team. We built a scalable content system that supported their needs across every retail and digital channel. This wasn’t about one-off deliverables — it was a full creative operation built to grow with them. We produced national store photography, developed animated digital menus with live product updates, and created branded content for social platforms, email campaigns, and paid media. We led regional print campaigns, supported seasonal product launches, and crafted internal communications that reinforced brand culture. Every asset reflected Spiritleaf’s tone and personality while staying fully compliant with Health Canada regulations.
